瞬态热测试 - 半导体器件从热特性测量到质量、可靠性的保障：瞬态热测试是一种无损测试，通过瞬态热测试获得的结构函数曲线，可以分析散热路径中每一层材料的热阻、热容的分布，报告内容包括：
结温的测试方法和 JEDEC 标准；
